GOALS
Elettrotest S.p.A., established in 1986, gave itself up to developping
and manucturing professional electronic instrumentation and of products studied
for and with the market, designed according to the different requirements of the
final user.
PRODUCTS
Equipments for on-line recording and testing of the characteristics of asynchronous
motors, ( including the indirect measurement of attemperation during the working
phase ) have been added to the products initially manufactured.
Its production has gradually expanded with control equipment for different civil
and industrial applications, and particularly with thermostatic regulation
for air conditioning and heating systems.

Following the trend towards the development
of test and measurement equipments, a range of a.c. power supplies with
stabilized and programmable frequencies and voltages has been created and proposed.
This is becoming a basic equipment for many laboratories and for on-line test
systems. |

EVOLUTION
Keeping the pace of the technological development, the usage of
microprocessors and microcontrollers has been strengthened, meeting in this
way the different requests of the market. The production of very elaborated systems,
including different types of microprocessors and the usage of the most advanced
control technics, now belongs to the usual activity of the company.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS
Power supply and control of a.c., asynchronous and brushless motors
have soon been added to the applications mentioned above. In accordance with more
and more widespread requests of the user, supply units with Triac variable voltage
and with variable frequency by means of MOSFET and IGBT inverters have
been developped, which are often combined with microprocessor controls. Lots of
these units are integrated in the motor.
GROWING-UP
The production range of Elettrotest is continuously expanding, also
including particular applications such as equipments for dental prosthesis. This
is possible thanks to the continuous updating of the technological and planning
expertise of the company and to its flexibility and attention to the market requests,
which offers a wider and wider range of applications even in a high competitive
